Umbria's tiny brown lentils are the genuine Italian variety which are % organic. They are certified by both the USDA and the Italian ICEA biologica and are grown by the La Madia Regale group in Cerreto di Spoleto. These lentils are delicious in soups or as a side dish with cotechino or other sausages.
