La Fe Corned Beef is a tasty, meaty, convenient dinner

An Irish dish made up of Corned beef with cabbage is traditionally enjoyed during St. Patrick's Day.

This cooked beef with juices is ready to heat and serve.

Corned beef is a type of beef that has been cured with large grains, or "corns" of curing salt. This cured meat is most popularly known as being part of a famous Irish dish, corn beef and cabbage. Many people consume either homemade or store-bought variations of this recipe to celebrate St. Patrick's Day. Irish immigration brought this dish to countries across the globe, including Brazil where this version of the classic salted beef is produced. La Fe Cooked Corned Beef with Juices is Halal-certified.

For a simple boiled dinner, place the La Fe Beef, chopped veggies, and your preferred cooking liquid (such as a mixture of beef stock, brown sugar, and herbs) in a large pot, bring to a boil, and let sit for the desired cooking time. You can also place cuts of meat and potatoes in a slow cooker, cover with water, throw in one or two bay leaves along with some pickling spices, and heat until fork tender. After removing the meat and potatoes, the end result will be similar to a corned beef brisket.

Have leftovers? You can heat up some beef and potatoes in a pan for a quick and delicious breakfast. All you need is a spoonful of butter or oil to get started. Add an egg and some chives for a more complete meal. Or cook it all in a cast iron for a savory breakfast skillet. Corned beef is also a tasty sandwich meat, especially if you enjoy a Reuben with rye bread and Russian dressing.
