Minus 8 Vinegar Ice Wine is produced by aging sweet wine in oak barrels, overtime creating a vinegar that is viscous and fruity. This vinegar has a complex aroma of apples, vanilla, and stewed fruit with notes of hazelnut and caramel in the tasting. Use ice wine vinegar over salads, fruits, and dessert cheeses.
