Their Pesto in Polvere is a dried version of Italian Pesto Sauce made with authentic basil, parmigiano reggiano, garlic, and pine nuts. With a highly sophisticated drying technique, Tartuflanghe reduces the sauce to a fine powder that still has the smell and taste of original pesto. To use as a sauce, all it requires is extra virgin olive, but you can also sprinkle it over pasta, pizza, caprese salad, and more.
