The Geometry of Pasta Collection is a collaboration between artisan pasta makers Borgo de Medici and graphic designer Caz Hildebrand, who is inspired by food as an art form. Made with the simple ingredients of Italian durum wheat semolina and water, the Geometry of Pasta Organic Orecchiette Pasta is a small, half-shell pasta named for its resemblance to “small ears.” The shells are tiny enough to use in soups and pasta salads, but will also stand on their own in classic dishes such as orecchiette with sausage and broccoli.
