Description
A unique organic artisan durum wheat pasta that is medallion shaped and hand stamped with fun, playful designs such as palm trees and sunsets to help sauce cling to the pasta better. During the Renaissance, noble families stamped their coat of arms onto the pasta and the molds are handed down for generations. It is said the pasta is inspired by the medieval coin, corzetto. Try it with traditional Ligurian recipes such as 'al tocco di carne', 'tocco de funzi' or pesto genovese with potatoes and green beans.
