Cultivated and milled in Lucania of Southern Italy and carefully dried for 48hrs, this pasta is made with high-quality Lucanian durum wheat flour. Cooked al dente, this pasta is popular for sauces of all consistencies. The ridges on this pasta are great for sauces to cling to, whether it be meat sauces or tomato sauces.
