Description
Organic artisan durum wheat pasta with spinach that is beautifully packaged in Ligurian Sea-inspired packaging. A handmade pasta shaped into olive leaves that is dyed green from the addition of spinach. Try it with herb sauces, lemon, butter or a light cream sauce. Suggested by Ritrovo to be paired with red sauces like their Casina Rossa Sugo Abruzzese. It is also delicious served on its own with a little extra virgin olive oil and a sprinkle of Parmesan or tossed into your summer salad.
