This savory fish filet is extremely easy to cook. It can be steamed, roasted, baked or grilled. For a simple dinner, pan fry the branzino fillet in a large skillet over medium-high heat until fully cooked—gently flip about halfway through the cooking time. Then, plate it with asparagus, wild rice, butter, and fresh lemon juice.
For a rich seafood tapas platter, you can cook branzino and then serve with Spanish octopus, Galician mussels, and red shrimp. Best enjoyed with a bottle of white wine.
