Alessi Risotto Alla Milanese is a risotto mix with arborio rice and saffron. This Italian variety of short-grain rice is high in starch, making for creamy risotto dishes. Simply add the rice to boiling water and simmer with butter or olive oil for 18 minutes. There's no need to stir constantly with this risotto rice mix!
