WOW!

We have been refining our home pizza making for years--and finally decided to give this famous flour a try. Why did I wait so long? The dough is unlike anything I've ever handled--smooth, elastic, extremely stretchable. It made the BEST. PIZZA. EVER! We will be having pizza a few more times this week, for sure! It also came in very sturdy packaging.
