Originally from the Valtellina region of northern Italy, Bresaola is a dry-cured beef product that is lightly seasoned with salt and spices and air-dried. Made in the United States, this extremely tender Italian cured meat is enjoyed best when sliced paper thin.
You can top cured Bresaola with fresh arugula, drizzled with olive oil and lemon juice, and garnished with shavings of Parmigiano Reggiano or Grana Padano.
