Galbani Dolcelatte Gorgonzola, an Italian DOP blue cheese, is made from pasteurized cow’s milk. It has a strong traditional flavor and sharp taste. This delicious Gorgonzola is often enjoyed on its own with wine and crackers. However, it is also an excellent cheese used to enhance many recipes such as baked or grilled dishes and salads.
