This Quarkschmarrn mix, an Austrian-style pancake, is delightful and easy to make. Try topping them with powdered sugar and fruit jams. This package serves two.
1) Add 3/4 of a cup of milk and 1 egg into a bowl and mix with contents until smooth. 2) Heat a large non-stick pan on medium heat, and grease with butter. 3) Pour dough into pan and fry until golden brown. 4) When dough is almost firm, but still slightly liquid on the top, divide it into quarters and flip over (using 2 spatulas). 5) Tear the dough gently into bite sized pieces and fry until golden brown. Top with powdered sugar, and enjoy.
