From this process comes a thick paste, which is then dried for 90 days. Eden Organic Kuzu Root Starch is a strengthening, healthy starch that can be used to add thickness to sauces, gravies, soups, desserts, and more. Recommended instructions are to dissolve it in cold liquid before adding it to anything hot. Stir constantly when heating until clear.
