A non-GMO Basilicatan pasta part of a limited production of L'Ultimo Forno pasta made from Senatore Cappeli grain. This is a squid ring shaped pasta made with high-quality Lucanian durum wheat flour. Suggested to be used for bean sauces and seafood dishes. Calamarata pasta is named after 'La Calamarata', a traditional dish in Campania, Italy made from squid and calamarata pasta rings which are dyed black with squid ink.
