Monograno Felicetti has been making high-quality pasta at the foot of the Dolomites in northern Trentino for more than 100 years. The mountain air and water of the nearby Val di Fiemme are the most important parts of Monograno, but that's not all. Their semolina and whole-wheat flour are both 100% organic and are chosen with the help of their own sustainable farmers.

Kamut is a Khorasan-type durum wheat that is the ancestor of our modern grains. This variety of pasta is known for its sweet nutty buttery flavor.
