Sperlari Mostarda di Frutta contains candied, figs, apricots and pears packed in a natural syrup and mustard oil. (NO LONGER CONTAINS CHERRIES). The taste is sweet, yet slightly warm. Makes a perfect condiment for smoked or dried meats as well as Italian cheeses. Mostarda is a typical specialty of Northern Italy - especially Cremona. Sperlari has been producing authentic mostarda since 1836, following traditional methods to develop a product of the highest quality.
