Ingredients

400g tagliatelle pasta
30g butter

2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

1 clove garlic, whole and peeled

1 can (200ml) cooking cream (heavy cream)

30g fresh black truffle or black truffle shavings

Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
Fresh chopped parsley

Grated cheese (optional)
Directions
Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook the tagliatelle until al dente, following the package instructions.
Meanwhile, in a pan, melt the butter with the extra virgin olive oil over medium heat.
Add the whole clove of garlic to the pan and let it sauté lightly, then remove it from the pan
Add the cooking cream to the pan and mix well.
Slice the truffle thinly or grate it and add it to the cream. Gently mix.
Adjust salt and black pepper to taste.
Drain the tagliatelle when al dente and transfer them to the pan with the truffle sauce.
Toss the tagliatelle with the truffle sauce until well coated.
If desired, you can add fresh chopped parsley and grated cheese before serving.
