Returns Policy

We take the philosophy of “the customer is always right” to another level. If a customer is not satisfied with their order for any reason, we will work with them to find an appropriate resolution. This may include a partial refund, full refund, and/or replacement. At Supermarketitaly, we are committed to ensuring every customer has a positive shopping experience.

We 100% guarantee that all our products—both perishable and non-perishable—will arrive in the best quality and condition. Any items deemed unsatisfactory due to damage or freshness issues may be returned for a full refund, including shipping costs. Please note that all returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery, as we want to ensure that returned items are still within acceptable freshness standards.

Please do not discard any items you wish to file a complaint about, and refrigerate any perishable goods until we are able to respond and provide further instructions.

Customers must contact us first to obtain approval before returning any item.

If an incorrect address is provided at checkout, the customer will be held responsible. A replacement or a refund will not be processed. In the event that the order be returned to us, the order will be processed as a return and refunded minus shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee. Any perishable items damaged as a result of a return will not be refunded. We strongly encourage customers to carefully review their shipping information and track their packages once shipped.

 



Clearance & Final Sale Items

All clearance items are final sale and are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.
Clearance products are sold at a discounted price, and their best before dates are clearly disclosed in the product title and in the product description in bold capital letters prior to purchase. By completing a purchase of a clearance item, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
