A Pasta Brand That is Something Else
Morelli pasta is made with the highest quality Italian durum wheat semolina, fresh spring water, and authentic ingredients such as squid ink, summer truffles, and Italian hot peppers. Notably the pasta itself has wheat germ included. In large scale pasta production, the wheat germ is removed to elongate shelf life, but Morelli actually returns the wheat germ to the semolina, giving it a strong aroma and fresh flavor. This distinguishing characteristic has given rise to the company’s slogan: “Our Pasta is Something Else!”
