What is orzo?

Don’t be fooled: Though it has the look of a grain of rice, orzo is actually an Italian pasta! Typically crafted with durum wheat semolina, orzo is cut into rice sized pieces. Small and tender, orzo makes a great soup pasta and will work with many side dishes such as pasta salads.
