Produced in the region of Emilia-Romagna, Grassi Giuseppe Prosciutto is considered the brand's flagship dry-cured ham. The black label is the crown jewel of all of their cured meats. Our cured meats are shipped all year long, 1-2 day express or ground shipping depending on location. They are shipped with ice packs and insulated packaging.
Storage:
After opening, keep prosciutto in an air tight plastic wrap or vacuum seal. Refrigerate.
Shelf Life:
After opening, if stored correctly, the product will still have 6-9 months shelf life remaining. Some mold may form on the outer layers. This is completely normal. Use a clean rag and olive oil to wipe away the thin layer of mold.
