Description
Oven-baked Goat's Milk Cheese offers a distinct flavor
This cellar-aged goat cheese is made in the state of Wisconsin using traditional Amish practices.
Reheat this type of cheese and serve on a charcuterie board.
Pasture Pride is a Wisconsin-based cheesemaking company located in the heart of Amish country. They work with local Amish dairy farms to make their famous oven-baked cheese. This is a buttery, squeaky slab of cheese with a toasted, bread-like top. It is made with goat's milk instead of cow's milk or sheep's milk, and aged for a minimum of nine months.
Heat it up in the oven for a gooey, heartwarming treat to pair with jam, chutney, and crusty bread. Serve on a cheese board alongside fresh fruit. Or try it on a charcuterie platter with thinly sliced deli meats. Best enjoyed with a sweet cider, wheat beer, or white wine.
