Description
This Aged Piave Cheese has a rich, fruity flavor
This authentic Italian cow's milk cheese is from the Veneto region in Northern Italy.
Serve with salami, prosciutto, and other cured meats on a charcuterie board.
Piave Vecchio is a hard cheese aged 180 to 360 days. It is made from pasteurized cow’s milk from cows grazing the extremely fertile Piave River Valley. The cheese’s intense straw-yellow color complemented by a fruity flavor makes it unique, and the DOP label guarantees that by European law, this type of cheese is made in the Veneto region with traditional methods.
Grate this cheese over salads, soups, and pasta dishes. Or enjoy it sliced on a cheese board with dried fruit. Pair this Italian cheese with your favorite red or white wine.
