Ragusano DOP cheese is a Sicilian cheese that gets its name from Ragusa, located at the southern tip of the Italian island. The raw milk used for this cheese comes from cows of the famed Iblei Mountains. The resulting Italian cheese has a stringy texture with a slightly spicy flavor. Serve on a cheese board with fruit, honey, and crackers. Best enjoyed with a glass of bold red wine. Also available in a 22-lb block.
