Founders Avery and Janet Glasser were living in San Francisco in 2007 when, inspired by a traditional Mexican cooking sauce, they came up with the prototype for what would become their Xocolatl Mole Bitters. From there, they would continue to explore unique, new flavors for almost every aspect of mixology. Bittermens takes traditional cocktail bitters' flavors and turns them into something entirely new.
