Description
The Geometry of Pasta Collection is a collaboration between artisan pasta makers Borgo de Medici and graphic designer Caz Hildebrand, who is inspired by food as an art form. Made with the simple ingredients of Italian durum wheat semolina and water, the Geometry of Pasta Organic Conchiglioni Pasta is a shell pasta with ribbed edges. The pasta shape can hold heavy meat sauces but will also be delicious served in light pasta salads and pesto dressings.
