Salumificio San Carlo
Muselli79 is the American arm of Salumificio San Carlo, an Italian meat producer in Piacenza. Located halfway between Parma (the prosciutto capital of Italy) and Milan, Salumificio San Carlo is the only cured meats producer in the city authorized to export to the United States. They do so under the name Muselli79, a combination of the name of founder Francesco Muselli and the year, 1979, the Italian meats factory was created.
