Mancini Mezze Maniche pasta is made using only the finest durum wheat, grown and harvested directly by our company. We control every step of the process to ensure exceptional quality from field to fork.

With just two simple ingredients—semolina and water—our pasta delivers a pure, traditional Italian taste. No additives, no shortcuts—just honest, artisanal craftsmanship.
Bronze-Cut & Slowly Dried
We use circular bronze die plates to shape our Mezze Maniche, giving the pasta a beautifully textured surface that holds sauces perfectly. The pasta is dried slowly at low temperatures (between 36°C and 55°C) over 22 hours to preserve its full flavor and nutritional value.
Perfect Size & Cooking Time
Each Mezze Maniche piece measures 19.2 mm in diameter and 20 mm in length, ideal for hearty sauces and baked dishes. Cooking time is between 9 and 11 minutes—just enough to achieve that perfect al dente bite.
