Description
One of the oldest types of pasta, these small pasta shells are preferred to be used with oil based sauces, chili, garlic, arugula or broccoli rabe. Cultivated and milled in Lucania of Southern Italy and carefully dried for 48 hours, this compact pasta is part of a limited production of L'Ultimo Forno pasta made from Senatore Cappeli grain.
