Organic oats baked in Scotland and produced to the Soil Association's high requirements are used to make Nairn's Organic Oat Crackers. There isn't much room for anything else in these oatcakes because there are so many organic whole grain oats. As a consequence, you'll have a beautifully rich toasted oat flavor that's ideal for sweet or savory toppings.
Enjoy these crackers with fruit jams and preserves. Top them with cream cheese and fresh herbs. Or make them part of a charcuterie board with a selection of soft cheeses and dry-cured meats. You may even sample them with a glass of wine or sparkling cider.
Whole-grain oats are also a better option because they release energy slowly, making these oatcakes inherently energizing.
