This Sifor Sicilian pecorino cheese is a young sheep’s milk cheese, left to dry for a mere seven days before being packaged and sent out. This gives it a soft texture and a sweet taste, while the pistachios impart a deliciously nutty flavor. This Sicilian cheese's rind is covered with ground pistachios. Pair with wine or fruit on a cheese platter or charcuterie board.
