Hulless popcorn refers to popcorn kernels that have a very small seed coat — those pieces that get stuck between your teeth. There are 13 varieties of gourmet popcorn that come out of this family farm in Indiana. There are various colors, such as blue, red, and purple popcorn. While the end result is always white or yellow when fully popped, the different color kernels indicate different types of corn characteristics; some are sweeter or smaller than others. There are even mushroom popcorn kernels that turn into popcorn balls! (But no, they don’t taste like mushrooms.)
