Made in Spain, Solera Rosey Goat Cheese is a semi-soft cheese with an aromatic rosemary rind. This mild goat milk cheese is also bathed in red wine, giving it a subtly fruity flavor. In comparison to cow's milk and sheep's milk cheeses, this type of cheese naturally tastes more acidic, so it's perfect for adding depth to salad dressing.
