The Manicardi White Wine Vinegar 500 mL is made from high quality white grapes grown on the well-exposed hillsides of the Manicardi vineyards. This wine vinegar is aged in oak barrels, which give it a refined, slightly sharp taste over time. It goes wonderfully with salads, shrimp, and fish.
