Centoze IGP Sicilian Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil is produced in Castelvetrano, Selinunte a town in Sicily. The olives are hand picked and harvest during the months of October and November. It is very dense and opaque with an intense green color with golden yellow glints and has a spicy and herby full bodied aroma. With a medium fruity taste an a pleasing aftertaste of tomato, almond and artichoke. This extra virgin olive oil pairs well with all fish, vegetable soups, red meat, cheese and all vegetable dishes.
