Try these chocolate-filled cookies with a glass of sweet dessert wine.
Angelo Colussi opened a small confectionery in Venice, Italy, in 1911. He began by making traditional Venetian biscuits called baicoli. Their operation would grow outside of the Veneto region, and eventually their Italian cookies would bring joy to customers overseas. Today, each of their sweet biscuits remains an authentic product of Italy.
Colussi Il Gran Turchese Shortbread Biscuits with Chocolate Chips are buttery Italian shortbread biscuits filled with a rich chocolate. These golden-brown shortbread cookies are perfect for pairing with coffee, spiced chai, or even hot cocoa. Try these classic shortbread cookies with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or a yogurt parfait. Or even savor them with dark chocolate truffles and a glass of dessert wine.
