Beretta Cotechino (also known as zampone) is a traditional Italian winter delicacy. Made from a mix of thoroughly selected pork meat, seasoned with an aromatic spice blend, and stuffed in a natural casing, it is produced using a centuries-old recipe. Zampone (cotechino) is easy to slice and perfect for serving with lentils or cannellini beans. Zampone is very famous for being served during the New Year. Leftover sausage can be fried in a skillet and served with breakfast potatoes and eggs. Or try it in a meaty pasta recipe.
