Description
Fusilli pasta comes from the Campania region of Italy. Fusilli pasta got its name from the traditional Italian method of making its characteristic swirly shape. Italians used to twist a strand of spaghetti around a knitting needle to make this pasta shape. They called the pasta Fusilli because of the term "fusillo," which comes from "fuso" (spindle).
