Delpeyrat French Bayonne Boneless Ham is a revered and protected air-cured ham French Prosciutto with a melt in your mouth, rich, fruity, slightly salty flavor. To qualify as a true French Bayonne ham, it must be made only in the Adour River Basin, which lies between the Atlantic Ocean and the Pyrenees Mountains.
