For three generations, Di Martino Pastificio has made pasta according to Old World traditions of Gragnano. They continue to make pasta with only Italian ingredients and cutting methods, using bronze molds to cut pasta and create a homemade texture. Di Martino Manfredine also known as mafalda is a long, flat pasta with curled edges and pairs well with delicate pasta sauces.
