Di Martino Spaghettini has been made according to Old World traditions of Gragnano for three generations. Today, they continue to make pasta with exclusively 100% Italian durum wheat, local spring water, and bronze cutting tools.

Spaghettini is a long, thin pasta that is perfect for use with a seafood-based sauce, or oil-based sauce. You can also try this type of pasta with a light tomato sauce and freshly grated parmesan cheese. Or toss this thin spaghetti variety—after it's cooked al dente—with extra virgin olive oil, fresh herbs, and wine vinegar.
