This German-style pancakes offer different shape than the American-style pancakes. They are just as delicious with a coating of powdered sugar and fruit jam. The package serves two.
Add 1 1/2 cup of milk and 1 egg into a bowl and mix with contents until smooth. 2) Heat a large non-stick pan on medium heat, and grease with butter. Pour dough into pan and fry until golden brown. 3) When dough is almost firm, but still slightly liquid on the top, divide it into quarters and flip over (using 2 spatulas). 4) Tear the dough gently into bite sized pieces and fry until golden brown. Top with powdered sugar, and enjoy.
