Fiasconaro nougats are prepared according to the ancient Sicilian pastry tradition. The use of selected ingredients, almonds and pistachios, makes the taste of each nougat unique and unmistakable. This torrone bar is coated in a layer of dark chocolate.
Sicilian almonds (Amygdalus communis L.) (35%), sugar, chocolate melting (20% min.) (cocoa paste, sugar, cocoa butter, anhydrous butter, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, natural vanilla flavor), Sicily honey (9.5%), glucose syrup, pistachio (Pistacio vera) (3%), egg white, natural aroma of vanilla.
