Cooked a Bon Appetit Magazine recipe for the first time with the nduja: Squid Ink Pasta with Shrimp, Nduja, and Tomato. The nduja was the main flavor in the recipe and it was absolutely delicious! It was a big hit with all the dinner guests. The squid ink spaghetti was among many food items we brought back from Italy last month. I will order some more online and I will also order more nduja from this website so that I can make this recipe again. Thank you!
