Argentina’s version of the Parmigiano Reggiano, Reggianito Cheese is a concentrated and granular cow’s milk cheese. This nutty, bold cheese is aged roughly six months. Reggianito is an outstanding cheese on pasta, as well as in salads, sprinkled over roasted vegetables, or melted on poultry.
