This Sifor Sicilian pecorino cheese is a young sheep’s milk cheese, left to dry for a mere seven days before being packaged and sent out. This gives it a soft texture and a sweet flavor, while the pistachios impart a deliciously nutty flavor. Its rind is covered with ground pistachios. .
