Toschi Baba in Rum are tiny, naturally-leavened cakes soaked in rum syrup. These tasty dessert cakes will be excellent accompanied by Crème Chantilly, custard, or ice cream. Eat them with coffee and hot chocolate, or pass them around as a sweet hors d'oeuvre.
