The strong aroma of Italian espresso is captured in a soft ganache, which has a mild acidity that is balanced out by a dark chocolate shell. The inside of the bar is filled with a coffee cream ganache, the smell of which comes from grinding together 7 different kinds of coffee, chocolate, and olive oil. There are no added flavors or preservatives. Olive oil and butter are used to soften the filling, and toasted cocoa bean nibs are added to make it crunchy.
